Home theater PC's are all the rage these days. They are a cheap and easy way to stream media, or surf the web from your couch. There are plenty of small and cheap "net top" computers available, but a custom machine is much cooler. Which is what this guy built. He took a Zotac ION ITX motherboard, which is a compact all in one motherboard. It has the CPU, GPU, Wi-Fi, Sound, HDMI and optical audio outputs on it. There is a 30GB SSD inside so this machine will strictly be for streaming. The project actually doesn't appear to be too difficult to execute, and would be fairly cheap if you wanted to do so. There is still some space in the case, and the N64 has plenty of ventilation so overheating isn't an issue. Follow the link to see the full work process.
