I know what your thinking, I thought the title was about SSDs not RAM. Well this is Toshiba's new line of mobile SSDs. Featuring a SATA connector at the end the drives come in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities. They are obviously very thin coming in at 2.2mm for the smaller two and 3.7mm for the bigger one. The smaller two weigh 9.8g while the bigger one weighs 13.2g. There read speed is up to 220MB/s with a write speed up to 180MB/s. The drives are 42% thinner then standard and already thin SSDs. Thes are really cool, as notebooks, tablets and media devices try to get thinner, smaller, and lighter, hard drives will no longer hold them back. via: toshiba
