LG Optimus 2X, the worlds first dual core smartphone

Well it was just a matter of time folks, and now it's official.  LG will be the first company to launch a dual core smartphone.  The Tegra II powered Optimus 2X is the first of its kind.  The main advantage of the processor will be seen in the phones ability to do 1080p video recording and output to a TV, also in playing games, and overall performance.  Aside from the dual core processor the rest of the specs are fairly standard.  The phone features a 4-inch 800x480 screen, 8GB of internal storage, an 8 megapixel camera, a 1,500mAh battery, and will come with Android 2.2.  The battery is a standard size, so it will be really interesting to see how long it holds up.  Android phones already have battery issues, the dual core processor can only make them worse.
