It took them quite a while to get this released, but they seem to have delivered in a big way. Skype, the #1 video chat program has been on the iPhone for a while, just without it's core video chat feature. Fring, Tango, and Facetime have offered this functionality for a while now, with Facetime being the best but limiting you to WiFi calls. The Skype app allows you to make video calls over 3G and WiFi and does it with a Facetime like polish. Another huge advantage of Skype is that you can make video calls from your phone to a PC and vise-versa. We are currently testing out the app now, check back for some video demos later.
