Nerds have spoken. Starcraft II has sold 1.5 million copies in 48 hours. The original Starcraft sold 1 million copies over the first year. It became the fastest selling strategy game of all time. The game launched in 11 different languages on 5 continents. It will be interesting to see how the sales hold up, and if the game can break anymore records.
