Best Buy has gone and made a consumer friendly change in policy. They now have gotten rid of their fairly heavy restocking fees. The fees ranging from 10%-15% depending on the product. The change is permanent and they are even going as far as refunding people who paid a restocking fee from Nov. 17th until now. Hopefully other electronic retailers will follow suit.
