Microsoft is launching a new PC based game streaming service called Games on Demand. It promises to offer PC gamers quick downloads of new and old games. The service launches November 15th but you can head over to Microsoft's Games for Windows site and sign up now. You will need a Windows Live ID, and you can make your purchase with Microsoft points or a regular credit card. Follow the link to sign up.
