Motorola Droid Pro Review

Android phones just keep coming and coming, with no slow down in sight.  Up to this point they have just been iPhone competitors.  The Droid Pro looks to change that.  The Pro has it's sights set on the Blackberry toting business class.  Can it compete with the perennial business king?  Read on to find out.

The Droid Pro is a good phone.  The world phone blends the look and feel of a Blackberry with Android 2.2 and a touchscreen.  The more I used it, the more it reminded me of a slightly bigger version of the Blackberry Pearl I used to have.  The combo of the touch screen and the physical keyboard works very well, you don't need or miss a trackball/pad (take notes blackberry).  Blackberry still has the best mobile keyboard in my opinion, but the Pro has a comfortable (even though it is a little small) and responsive keyboard.  The Screen won't blow your mind with it's 320x480 3.1-inch display, but it offers a clean image with decent brightness.  It Also has enhanced security features, you can read about them here.  All in all the Droid Pro is a really nice business class world phone, and a strong Blackberry alternative.  If you are tired of the same old Blackberry, I would definitely check this phone out.
